Description

Large apartment of 75m2, very luminous and spacious. It has a total amount of six balconies with clear views to Plaza Cuchilleros and Alhambra.It has two bedrooms connected one to each other, each of them has two single size beds on them (1,05cm). So its maximum capacity would be four persons.

Right at the apartment´s entrance there’s the living room, which is in a shared area with the kitchen.

The living room has a sofa, Smart TV, room table and dining table.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, ceramic hob, smoke extractor, fridge and kitchenware, among other items. It also has a window giving access to a courtyard for better ventilation.

This main area connects to the bedrooms through a long corridor, which also leads to the bathroom.

Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, heating system, bath clothes and free amenities.

There´s Flat TV and air conditioner system in all rooms.

There’s marble floor and wood high ceiling, giving to the apartment an extra space and making it feels more comfortable and cozy.
