2. Purpose
Through this website the owner provides information about the tourist apartments it manages in the historic centre of Granada and gives access to the booking engine where the rental is completed. This is neither a hotel nor a travel agency: only the accommodation described here is offered.
Access to the website is free of charge and requires no registration. Browsing it grants the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice as published at any given time.
3. Registration in the Andalusian Tourism Registry
Every property offered on this site is entered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry, and its registration number must appear in all advertising and offers. Registration falls under two different regimes: five of them form a tourist apartment establishment, governed by Decree 194/2010 of 20 April, covered by a single number that applies to all of its units; the rest are dwellings for tourist use, governed by Decree 28/2016 of 2 February, which are registered individually, so one listing may show more than one number.
